Tour Itinerary: - Haute Cabrière Estate – Franschhoek: Start your day in the heart of the Franschhoek Valley at this historic estate, known for its Pinot Noir and Cap Classique. With sweeping views over the valley, it’s the perfect introduction to the Cape’s wine culture. - Delaire Graff Estate – Stellenbosch: Next, head to one of the most luxurious estates in South Africa. Nestled on the slopes of the Helshoogte Pass, Delaire Graff offers award-winning wines, world-class design, curated art and spectacular views, all in one breathtaking stop. - Lunch at Rust en Vrede – Stellenbosch: Relax and enjoy a gourmet lunch under the trees or inside the estate’s elegant restaurant. This Stellenbosch gem is renowned for its fine food and full-bodied reds, a culinary highlight of the day. - Waterford Estate – Stellenbosch: End the day with a unique tasting experience at Waterford, where the estate’s tranquil setting and refined approach to wine make for a peaceful and memorable close to the tour. Booking Policy
1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required to confirm bookings. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are processed as follows: 14+ days before tour: 90% refund (10% admin fee). 7–14 days before tour: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: No refund. No-shows or late arrivals: No refund. If Imperium Tours cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered. 3. Changes & Rescheduling Date changes require 7+ days’ notice, subject to availability. Changes within 7 days incur a R500 fee. Late pickups beyond 20 minutes will be considered a no-show. 4. Pickup & Drop-off Pickup is included within Cape Town CBD and surrounds. Extra charges may apply for extended locations. Pick-up and drop-off times will be confirmed prior to the date of departure. Guests must be ready at the agreed pickup time. 5. Weather & Itinerary Adjustments In the event of unfavorable weather or unforeseen circumstances, itineraries may be adjusted to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests. No refunds if weather prevents certain activities, but alternative experiences will be provided. 6. Entry Fees & Inclusions Some entry fees are included, while others must be paid by guests (as stated in tour details). Meals, drinks, and personal expenses are not included unless specified. 7. Health & Safety Guests must disclose medical conditions that may affect participation. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Imperium Tours is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents. 8. Liability & Responsibility We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings, or for any injuries sustained during the tour. Imperium Tours acts solely as an agent for third-party providers and is not liable for their actions, including but not limited to transportation, activities, or accommodation services. 9. Conduct & Behavior Disruptive behavior, intoxication, or disrespectful conduct may result in removal from the tour without a refund. 10. Force Majeure If a tour is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather, strikes, protests, government restrictions), guests can reschedule free of charge (credit valid for 24 months) or request a 70% refund.
