Signal Hill (Stunning Views & a Perfect Start) Start your day with panoramic views of Cape Town and Table Mountain from Signal Hill, perfect for photos and soaking in the landscape. 2. Maiden’s Cove Viewpoint Enjoy one of Cape Town’s most iconic views, with the 12 Apostles in the background, Camps Bay below and the ocean stretching out. It’s the perfect spot for photos and taking in the breathtaking scenery. 3. Hout Bay Harbor + Optional Seal Island Boat Explore this picturesque working harbor with its craft market, seafood spots and relaxed vibe. Take a boat to Seal Island to see playful seals or simply soak up the harbor’s charm. 4. Chapman’s Peak Drive (Scenic Drive) Drive along one of the world’s most scenic coastal roads, stopping to capture rugged cliffs and sparkling ocean views. Booking Policy
1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required to confirm bookings. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are processed as follows: 14+ days before tour: 90% refund (10% admin fee). 7–14 days before tour: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: No refund. No-shows or late arrivals: No refund. If Imperium Tours cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered. 3. Changes & Rescheduling Date changes require 7+ days’ notice, subject to availability. Changes within 7 days incur a R500 fee. Late pickups beyond 20 minutes will be considered a no-show. 4. Pickup & Drop-off Pickup is included within Cape Town CBD and surrounds. Extra charges may apply for extended locations. Pick-up and drop-off times will be confirmed prior to the date of departure. Guests must be ready at the agreed pickup time. 5. Weather & Itinerary Adjustments In the event of unfavorable weather or unforeseen circumstances, itineraries may be adjusted to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests. No refunds if weather prevents certain activities, but alternative experiences will be provided. 6. Entry Fees & Inclusions Some entry fees are included, while others must be paid by guests (as stated in tour details). Meals, drinks, and personal expenses are not included unless specified. 7. Health & Safety Guests must disclose medical conditions that may affect participation. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Imperium Tours is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents. 8. Liability & Responsibility We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings, or for any injuries sustained during the tour. Imperium Tours acts solely as an agent for third-party providers and is not liable for their actions, including but not limited to transportation, activities, or accommodation services. 9. Conduct & Behavior Disruptive behavior, intoxication, or disrespectful conduct may result in removal from the tour without a refund. 10. Force Majeure If a tour is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather, strikes, protests, government restrictions), guests can reschedule free of charge (credit valid for 24 months) or request a 70% refund.
