  • How customizable are your private tours?
    Our private tours are fully customizable! Whether you want to explore Cape Town’s iconic landmarks, discover hidden gems or focus on a specific interest like food, adventure or history, we tailor the experience to match your preferences. Simply let us know what excites you and we’ll create the perfect itinerary.
  • What’s included in the tour price?
    Our tour prices include a private, air-conditioned vehicle, a professional guide and pickup/drop-off at your preferred location. Entry fees, meals and optional activities are not included unless specified. We can also assist with recommendations and bookings to enhance your experience.
  • How far in advance should I book my tour?
    We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability. Contact us to check for openings and we’ll do our best to arrange your ideal tour!
  • What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my tour?
    Cape Town’s weather can be unpredictable, but we always strive to ensure you have the best experience. If certain activities are affected by weather conditions, we’ll offer alternative options or adjust the itinerary to make the most of your day. If rescheduling is necessary, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible. Our refund policy is as follows: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date – Full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the tour date – 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour – No refund. If unforeseen circumstances arise, such as extreme weather or travel restrictions, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a fair solution. Contact us directly for any refund or rescheduling requests.
